Morale Issue

All I want to comment is,

Morale is very important.
With it, any amount of OT you do is negligible.
And you think all that you do is worth it,
And most importantly, you feel satisfied .

Without it, even 0.5 hrs more in the office,
You'd think it's unnecessary.
And you feel you are "being cheated" of your time.

Agree???!!
